Here’s how the game works: every minute of screen time costs tokens, called NX. Feeds cost the most per minute, tools cost almost nothing, and your day adds up whether you watch it or not.

Willpower is unreliable. Being watched works.
Screen-time apps built on private self-discipline get deleted in week two. A number your best friend checks does not. You will put the phone down for the same reason you show up to the gym when someone is waiting: somebody knows.
What leaves your phone: minutes per category and the score they add up to. Not which apps, not what you did in them, not anything on your screen. Apple walls that off, and we would not want it anyway. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
