Delete your NIX Scoreboard account

NIX Scoreboard is made by NIX Development LLC. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

In the app

Open NIX Scoreboard, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. This works the same on iPhone and Android.

Without the app

Email privacy@nix.management from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it the same way the app does and reply to confirm.

What happens

Your account is deactivated right away and stops appearing to other players. Your data, including your entries, Focus sessions, jabs, results and push records, is then permanently deleted after a 30 day grace period. A deletion cannot be undone. If you lead a group, leadership passes to another member or the group is disbanded. Backups roll off on their own schedule shortly after.
